Traci Klainer, Founder and CEO Luce Group

Traci Klainer is equally at home with the artistry and precision of any endeavor in lighting design - Broadway, Theme Parks, Live Events and Museums.  As founder and CEO of Luce Group, she has led the Luce team for over 16 years on projects such as the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC; MAKO the roller-coaster and land for SeaWorld's Deep Blue Creative; and the Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon ride for Universal Creative.  Her team has lit objects that range from a Tuskegee Airmen Aircraft to a 46-foot sperm whale skeleton to a restored 1847 candle factory.  Credited with lighting over 100 productions around the world, Traci has an unparalleled reputation for her theatrical lighting design.

Cynthia Sharpe, Principal Cultural Attractions and Research, Thinkwell Group

Cynthia’s twenty years of experience spans permanent and traveling museum shows to multi-use destination resort planning, ranging from creative exhibition development and project management to business and master planning. She has gained a reputation for combining creative approaches to creative development with a keen understanding of early childhood education, social media, informal learning theory, and visitor behavior. She has served as Chair of the Traveling Exhibition Network of AAM and as a member of IAAPA's Museum and Science Center Committee, and is currently on the TEA Eastern North America Board. A frequent panelist and session chair, she has spoken at ASTC, AAM, IAAPA, and SATE.

Fri Forjindam, Chief Development Officer Mycotoo

Fri brings passion and enthusiasm to the art of creative placemaking for a wide variety of industries.  A native Cameroonian and MFA graduate of Columbia University, Fri has created distinctive guest experiences in film, theatre, publishing and special events. Featured consultant expert on national networks. Founder and Editorial Director of Nouveau Media Group, LLC.  Fri brings her background in content development and experiential marketing to facilitate development strategies and to niche branding that attracts regional, national and international tourism.  Fri currently serves as Chief Development Officer at Mycotoo, Inc.,where she oversees business development, communications, planning & development for strategic partnerships and entertainment franchises.
